Telo Martinez is a filmmaker from the coastal Carolinas. He studied Film Production at Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts with the class of 2021.

Telo's junior thesis film, "Lawn Dogs," received recognition as a nominee at NFFTY 2020 and was an Official Selection at Dam Short Film Festival 2021. Following graduation, Telo produced a short film adaptation of David Foster Wallace's “Everything is Green” in association with The David Foster Wallace Literary Trust.
